Passion, dedication, and expertise.
Meet our Team
Our team members are passionate about providing excellent patient care and are highly motivated to create a better primary healthcare system for Nova Scotians. Our goal is to allow all team members to work to their full scope of practice and allocate care tasks to the right healthcare team member. We provide ongoing opportunities for professional, inter-professional and personal growth and development through mentorship and internal and external educational sessions.
Primary Care Clinical Decision-Maker Team
Our Primary Care clinicians are healthcare providers trained to manage the full range of primary healthcare that patients need. Along with the other members of our team, they provide vaccinations, order preventative screenings and regular blood tests, manage chronic diseases, prescribe medications, refer to specialists, and teach patients about health.
